BATTLE OF THE CHEFS 10:30AM CATHEDRAL SQUARE PARK

The Battle of the Chefs 2008 is underway!  The four preliminary battles took place June 28th, July 26th, August 9th and August 23rd with the Final Battle this Saturday, September 6th. 

Each week, four featured chefs had a total of 45 minutes to create a dish using only a basic pantry, a mystery basket and items that they can purchase from the market vendors.  Each event is video taped by our sponsor Time Warner Cable, and aired on 1111 Wisconsin OnDemand. 

During the competition, observers are encouraged to interact with the chefs.   A panel of judges will choose the winner based on presentation, taste, creativity and technique. 

This years' competitors are as follows.  Each week's winner will compete in the Finals on September 6th.
