Lupi & Iris is Milwaukee’s sophisticated dining destination created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Adam Siegel. This restaurant embodies Adam’s vision for excellence in fine cuisine, exceptional service and elevated design.
Named in honor of Adam’s father-in-law, Ron Lupi, Lupi & Iris reflects a deep respect for family & the joy of gathering over great meals. Adam’s mission is to craft memorable dining experiences for guests, celebrating the love of food, wine & good company. He manages Lupi & Iris in conjunction with his wife, Daria Aitken-Siegel, who is also the restaurant’s in-house florist.

Lupi & Iris has been one of Milwaukee’s top restaurants since it burst onto the city’s culinary scene on May 17, 2022. Bucking the odds in an industry where 60% of startups fail within a year, Lupi & Iris has steadily gained customers–and critical acclaim–since its launch.
Among the honors are Top 10 recognition in the 2023 James Beard “Best New Restaurants” list; placing #15 in Yelp’s “Best New Restaurants of 2023” survey; being featured on Eater’s “Where to Eat 2024” list; and making virtually every “Milwaukee’s Top Restaurants” list since its opening. Additionally, the restaurant served as a filming location for last year’s Top Chef competition, with Chef Siegel as one of the show’s judges.
