Strengthen your body, mind, and get your heart pumping with a free yoga class in Cathedral Square! Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mats or towels and water, yoga blocks will be provided.
Enjoy a variety of free rotating workouts including Zumba, Body Circuit, Tai Chi and more led by local instructors. Participants are encouraged to wear tennis shoes and bring their own water. No registration is required and all skill levels are welcome!
