Yoga in the Park
Join us for a FREE outdoor yoga class at 9 a.m. every Sunday!
Strengthen your body, mind, and get your heart pumping with yoga in the park! Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mats or towels and water, yoga blocks will be provided.
This ancient practice creates increased body strength and flexibility through a series of poses that enhance focus and calm the mind. Yoga is a perfect complement to your existing fitness program or a great workout all on its own.
