Strengthen your body and mind and get your heart pumping with wellness classes in the park! The 2021 market season will feature three FREE fitness classes each Saturday at the Cathedral Square Market. Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mats or towels and water, no equipment will be provided.
9:00am – Yoga with the WAC
10:00am – Interval with the WAC
11:00am – Pilates with Eleven Pilates Studio

Whether your goal is to be toned, improve athletic performance, or recover from injury, repetition is key for the principles of pilates to become automatic.
