What is Jazz in the Park?

Jazz in the Park is a free, biweekly concert series held in Milwaukee, WI, taking place every other Thursday from June 5 through the end of September. The series is produced by Music in the Park, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit operated by the East Town Association.

We’re proud to offer this concert series at no cost to attendees. This is made possible thanks to beverage sales during the concerts, which help cover essential expenses like permits, stage rental, artist fees, and more.

When is the lineup released?

Our lineup is typically released in Mid-April.

As a musician/booking agent, who can I contact to be considered for booking at Jazz in the Park?

What is your Happy Hour special?

Jazz in the Park happy hour runs from 5-6 PM each Thursday of the series. We offer $1 off all alcoholic beverages during this hour. With an East Town Association membership you can enjoy happy hour prices all night long!

Where are the restrooms?

Restrooms are located in the northeast corner of Cathedral Square Park.

Is there an ATM on site?

The nearest ATMs are located at Taylor’s on the corner of Jefferson and Wells, and at Old National Bank, two blocks west on Wells Street at 302 E Wells St.

Do you have non-food vendors at Jazz in the Park?

For the first time, Jazz in the Park will feature a curated marketplace of local vendors each evening of the series. Attendees can browse local art, handcrafted goods, and small-batch bites while enjoying live music. The marketplace opens at 5 p.m. alongside happy hour and remains open throughout the evening. Where can I park a car at Jazz in the Park?

We recommend nearby parking garages (BMO Harris Tower, Jefferson 770 Garage) or metered street parking.
